We are now open and ready to serve you! Initially, we will have a wide variety of class days and times as we are learning what works best for the community. Once settled, we’ll publish a fixed, longer-term class schedule. Check back regularly for updates.

Group classes
Three reformer class formats - each designed for a different need. All levels welcome. Group Classes are 50 minutes in length.
The Basics - An Introductory Level Class
This is reformer Pilates basics. Whether you are new to Pilates, trying to build strength from a period of inactivity, or recovering from injury or surgery, your entire body will thank you as you build total core strength, and improve your flexibility and balance from the ground up.
Stretch and Strength - The Everything Class!
If you are comfortable on a reformer, this class is for you! We bring out all the toys to give you a challenging, total-body Pilates experience. Balls, boxes, weights, rings, and towers are all part of fun while helping you to build strength, balance, and flexibility from top to toe.
Restore
The focus here is on deep breath work, stretching, and control with slow, mindful movement. This class is calming, relaxing, and energizing all at the same time. It just feels so good!
One-on-one or two-person sessions
Private and Duet sessions are fully customized, one on one or two-person sessions designed around your activites, goals, and current level of fitness. We will move at a comfortable pace with clear instruction, and hands-on guidance when helpful. Stott based progressions will help build core strength, flexibility, balance and control at an appropriate challenge level for you. A more classical approach may be a better fit for athletes in training or those wanting to focus on strong moves and flexibility. Perfect for beginners, returning movers, athletes, and anyone who prefers personalized attention.

Pilates in the Pines is a scent‑free space — please skip perfumes, colognes, scented lotions, and scented deodorants.
Please arrive about five minutes before class so we can begin all together.
If a previous class is still in session, simply wait until it wraps up before entering the studio.
Please leave your shoes at the door and either go barefoot or wear sticky socks on the reformers.
After class, spray a cleaning towel and wipe down the reformer and any accessories you used so everything is clean and ready for the next person.

Perfect for beginners, returning movers, athletes, and anyone who prefers personalized attention. Because every session is built specifically for you, we ask you to complete a short pre-session survey before scheduling. Once received, Anne will contact you to confirm your session time.
Private Session- $100
One on one with Anne. Fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or areas of focus. Ideal for beginners, those returning after inactivity, or anyone who prefers personal instruction.
Duet Session - $150
Two people, one session. Same customized approach as a private - designed around both participants' goals and abilities. A great option for partners, friends, or family members who want to train together.
24-hour cancellation is required for all classes. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
