Four reformer class formats - each designed for a different need. All levels welcome. Group classes are 50 minutes in length.
The Basics - An Introductory Level Class
This is reformer Pilates basics. Whether you are new to Pilates, trying to build strength from a period of inactivity, or recovering from injury or surgery, your entire body will thank you as you build total core strength, and improve your flexibility and balance from the ground up.
Stretch and Strength - The Everything Class!
If you are comfortable on a reformer, this class is for you! We bring out all the toys to give you a challenging, total-body Pilates experience. Balls, boxes, weights, rings, and towers are all part of fun while helping you to build strength, balance, and flexibility from top to toe.
Classic Strength
In this class we use strong, powerful moves that build in intensity, rather than focusing on the tiny connective tissue work and micro movements that we’ve practiced in our contemporary Pilates classes. Developed as “Contrology”, by Joseph Pilates as a very successful means of rehabilitating soldiers returning from WWI, all levels can participate as the exercises build in intensity through reps, holds, spring load and additional movement challenges. You work at your own pace, and with regular practice, you WILL get strong! Oh, by the way, flexibility and balance results come along for the ride…
Pilates HIIT!
Time to bring out the toys! We will utilize the reformer cardio tramp in this class to increase our heart rates, alternating with classical and contemporary Pilates reformer exercises to build strength and flexibility. This fun class is suitable for anyone familiar with reformer Pilates that wants a heart pumping work out!

If the class you want isn't showing on the booking calendar that means it is full - please text us at 715-638-1451 with the class date and time to be added to the waitlist. Registrations for single classes must be reserved by 7PM the night before a class is to take place. If no registrations are received, the class will be canceled.

CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE SESSIONS JUST FOR YOU

Private and Duet sessions are fully customized around your goals and current level of fitness. Because every session is built specifically for you, we ask you to complete a short pre-session survey before scheduling. Once received, Anne will contact you to confirm your session time.
Private Session- $100
One on one with Anne. Fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or areas of focus. Ideal for beginners, those returning after inactivity, or anyone who prefers personal instruction.
Duet Session - $150
Two people, one session. Same customized approach as a private - designed around both participants' goals and abilities. A great option for partners, friends, or family members who want to train together.

Girls weekenders, book clubbers, bachelor/bachelorettes - let’s create some bonding time, blow off some steam, or kick off your event with something that is fun and feels so good!
